I’ve lived abroad for almost 5 years now and recently I moved in to flat number 8, and that’s only here in Prague! To me, there’s a few things that makes a flat a home, and that is flowers/plants and books. To me, it shows that not only does someone live here, but someone also cares about their home. As I work and study from home, I spend a great deal of my time in the flat, so loving it is a must.
Leaning out of out kitchen window, and looking to your left is our bedroom.
Flowers on the kitchen table, in bottles from heaven and Spain
Tomato plants in the living room window
In the kitchen window, you’ll find big plants of basil as well as rosemary. Having fresh herbs when you cook is just great!
…and last, my little flower that moves when its sunny. My mom got us each one on one of her visits here.
Its sunny and the forecast says rain for the next 10 days or so, so J and I are hitting the lake. Yes, it will feel like a bad joke considering just a short week ago we were on the beaches in Spain, looking out over the Mediterranean ocean… Oh well!
